All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are posted from Perth, Australia, metro area via Australia Post. The customer has the option to choose regular or express shipping. The estimated delivery times and prices are listed below. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.

DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders MAY be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so unfortunately we are unable to provide further guidance, you can contact your local customs office for more information.
RETURNED MAIL
In the event that your package is returned to us for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, an admin fee of AUD15 will be charged to the customer as well as any return mail fees incurred. A refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. If the customer requests a redelivery a new shipping charge will apply. We reserve the right to refuse redelivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.
